For GAIN Capital

Setting up MTS is simple. Follow the instructions below to properly setup MTS for GAIN Capital

       A.  Launch MTS

       B.  Click on "Settings"

       C.  Choose the broker you want to use

         C1.  Enter your GAIN Capital "Username" and "Password"

         C2.  Enter your FXLQ Capital "AccountID" and "Password"

       D.  Click OK.

For Interactive Brokers

Setting up MTS is simple. Follow the instructions below to properly setup MTS for IB

       A.  Launch MTS

       B.  Click on "Settings"

       C.  Choose the broker you want to use

         C1.  Enter your MTS "UserID" you entered for the trial. If you forget the UserID or MTS fails to verify your account, contact www.ment.com for assistance

       D.  Click OK.

       E.  Now close MTS.

       F.  Now launch/start Interactive Brokers TWS application on your PC.

       G.  Click on Configure within TWS.

       H.  Click on API.

        I.  Click on "Enable ActiveX and Socket Clients".

       J.  Now, launch MTS and it will try to connect to TWS.

-- MTS will automatically connect to IB's TWS when launched.

Near the bottom left corner of MTS, a status will be displayed that tells you if MTS is connected to the broker's servers.  It should read "????: Connected".  If not, verify your login information and password, then exit MTS and relaunch it.  It normally takes a few seconds for MTS to connect to the broker.

MTS will attempt to auto-reconnect to brokers if the connection is lost.

The MTS menu is also very simple..

   Settings                  -  Launches the SETTINGS window

   Clear Log                -  Clears the log of trades within MTS

   Help                       -  launches the help system - where you are now
   Exit                        -  you know what this does - right?
